To provide a focusing sheet material which can reduce a possibility of breakage at the time of focusing when the sheet material has zigzag slits, and a wire harness.SOLUTION: A resin tape 1 is for focusing a plurality of wires, and has a base material 10 and an adhesion layer 20 provided on one surface of the base material 10. On the base material 10, a plurality of first slits 11 nearly orthogonal to an enlargement direction at the time of focusing a plurality of wires and arranged in a zigzag state, and second slits 12 nearly orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the first slit 11 at both ends of a plurality of first slits 11 are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
