To provide a technique for an acceleration sensor that can be shared between navigation and a drive recorder.SOLUTION: A sensor system includes: an acceleration sensor; a detection unit that outputs an interruption signal when the acceleration sensor detects an acceleration value more than or equal to a predetermined threshold value; and a processor that, upon input of the interruption signal, switches a detection range of the acceleration value of the acceleration sensor to a second detection range wider than a first detection range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
