PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stabilization in an early stage of a reclamation ground of a maritime disposal place, and suppress maintenance cost.SOLUTION: A maritime disposal place reclamation method of the invention is configured to adjust pH of retention water 12 in a maritime disposal place 10 in a state in which reclamation by waste matters 14 of the maritime disposal place 10 proceeds, namely, if the waste matters 14 containing burned ash and fly ash are put into the retention water 12, hydroxide ion is generated from components contained in ash, so that the pH of the retention water 12 rises. Then, if the pH of the retention water 12 is adjusted and the pH rise is suppressed since the stage in which reclamation by the waste matters 14 proceeds, compared with a case in which pH is not adjusted since the reclamation stage of the waste matters 14, it is possible to lower the pH of the retention water 12 remaining as gap water in a reclamation ground after completion of reclamation. Therefore, it is also possible to lower pH of exudation water exuding after completion of reclamation, so that a period until the reclamation ground is stabilized can be shortened, and maintenance cost of the reclamation ground can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
