PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform structure identification of an analytic model of a vibration system which has a physical significance and is in a lower dimension.SOLUTION: A vibration data conversion part 73 converts each time series vibration data acquired by a time series vibration data acquisition part 71 into vibration data Xto Xwith respect to time and frequency by wavelet conversion. A factor analysis part 74 calculates the degree of contribution C by performing PARAFAC analysis of the respective vibration data Xto X. A weight coefficient calculation part 75 calculates weight coefficients dto dcorresponding to respective measurement conditions other than vibration evaluation objects on the basis of relations between the vibration data Xto be a target of vibration evaluation and the other vibration data Xto X.
