METHOD FOR ROUNDING CORNER PART OF CARBONATED ICE CRUSHED PIECE, AND CARBONATED ICE CRUSHED PIECE

To provide a method for rounding the corner part of carbonated ice crushed pieces capable of cooling tongues or inner cheeks to enjoy a palate feeling when eating a carbonated ice confectionery while preventing damage to an oral cavity wall by flying pieces generated by bubble breaking and while realizing rolling of the pieces in the oral cavity deriving from a rounding shape.SOLUTION: A rounding method for carbonated crushed ice includes rounding the ice edge parts formed by crushing through contact of crushed ice pieces of a frozen carbonated ice block with an oscillatory metal gauze to impart oscillation to the crushed ice pieces. The method is characterized by using a double pipe-like metal gauze which is made to be coaxially like nesting and oscillates while rotating around an axis to trap the crushed ice piece charged in an inner net tube by an outer net tube while riddling to make a rounding shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
