PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inertia sensor element control device that is able to accurately acquire temperature compensation information, such as an offset correction value for an inertia sensor element, in a wide temperature range and is able to reduce power consumed for updating correction data.SOLUTION: An inertia sensor element control device capable of connecting an inertia sensor element having a temperature characteristic, comprises: a storage section that stores temperature compensation information for the temperature characteristic, and update history information for the temperature compensation information; an update determining section that determines the necessity of update for the temperature compensation information on the basis of a signal based on a signal output from the temperature sensor element and on the basis of the update history information; a rest determining section that determines whether the inertia sensor element is resting or not; and an updating section that performs an updating process for the temperature compensation information on the basis of a determination result by the update determining section, a determination result by the rest determining section, a signal based on a signal output from the inertial sensor element, and a signal based on a signal output from the temperature sensor element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
