PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water level indicator that detects increase of water level and notifies you of dangers, the water level indicator reducing breakage by flowing trees or hitting vehicles.;SOLUTION: A water level indicator 100 is formed of a reflection sheet cover 120, a column 130, and a base part 110. The column part 130 is provided with protrusions practically recessed from the surface to the inside over the entire length from the upper end to the lower end. Each protrusion has different sectional moduli for the pole between the column side and the end side of the protrusion. The indicator is deformed at a radius formed by combining the protrusions regardless of the direction in which external force generated by collision, for instance, acts, and the section modulus is larger than that of a simple cylindrical structure, and opposing natures of easy bending and high restoration property can be attained.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2-1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
