To provide an elevator report control system and an elevator report control method capable of enhancing convenience and maintainability.SOLUTION: In an elevator system 10, a control board 12 comprises: an elevator state storage part 123 for storing predetermined information regarding an elevator 11 as report information when a predetermined state occurs in the elevator 11; and a report control part 125. A radio device 13 comprises: a radio device communication part 131 for retrieving a terminal (a maintenance worker terminal 14, a user terminal 15) present in the surrounding of the elevator 11; and a terminal determination part 133 for determining an attribute of the terminal retrieved by the radio device communication part 131. The report control part 125 controls and reports the report information stored in the elevator state storage part 123 according to the attribute determined by the terminal determination part 133 for the terminal retrieved by the radio device communication part 131.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
