PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological sensor micro electrode.;SOLUTION: A biological sensor micro electrode comprises a three-dimensional porous composite structure. The three-dimensional porous composite structure comprises strip metal and at least one carbon nanotube structure. A large number of pores are formed in the strip metal, and at least one carbon nanotube structure is arranged inside the strip metal. The at least one carbon nanotube structure comprises at least one layer of carbon nanotube film. The at least one layer of carbon nanotube film comprises multiple carbon nanotubes whose ends are connected and which are aligned and oriented along the same direction.
