PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient service by game parlor staff when remotely operating a game machine.;SOLUTION: When a game player performs a calling operation to a game player terminal device 50 (S1), a management device 60 selects a game parlor staff terminal device 40 of a game parlor in which a game machine 20 being used by the game player terminal device 50 is located and a remote control execution device 10 juxtaposed to the game machine 20 being used by the game player terminal device 50 as notification destinations and executes call notification (S2). The game parlor staff terminal device 40, when receiving the call notification from the management device 60, executes notification to the game parlor staff by displaying and controlling a content indicated in the call notification (S3).
