PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water storage tank unit which achieves excellent heat insulation capacity.SOLUTION: A hot water storage tank unit includes: a hot water storage tank 4; a first heat insulation material 25 covering at least a part of an exterior side of the hot water storage tank 4; a second heat insulation material 26 covering at least a part of an exterior side of the hot water storage tank 4 and having heat conductivity larger than that of the first heat insulation material 25; and a housing 19 which houses the hot water storage tank 4, the first heat insulation material 25, and the second heat insulation material 26. The hot water storage tank unit is provided with a seal member 27 which causes the first heat insulation material 25 to adhere to the second heat insulation material 26. Since the seal member 27 contacts with an inner surface of the housing 19, the seal member 27 is pressed by the housing 19. Thus, even if the seal member 27 is exposed to high temperature and adhesive force of the seal member 27 is reduced, peeling is inhibited and heat radiation loss is reduced.
