To easily form a suitable staircase while flexibly coping with the state of a slope.SOLUTION: In each of slope steps 11 fixed directly or indirectly to a slope 13 one by one, a fixed part 32 for fixing is provided below a tread part 31 having a tread face 31a. Between the tread part 31 and the fixed part 32, there is provided an angle variable holding part 33 for adjusting an angle formed by the tread part and the fixed part and holding an angle of the tread face 31a with respect to the slope 13 at a desired angle.
