PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit hanging of a tip part and lateral displacement from being caused in a pusher rod used in a continuous type heat treatment furnace by heat deformation.SOLUTION: A pusher unit 1 is used in a continuous type heat treatment furnace 10 which conducts heat treatment of a workpiece W. The pusher unit 1 includes a pusher rod 2 having a circular vertical cross section shape. The pusher unit 1 is provided with: a support roller 5 having a rotation axis Aperpendicular to a rotation axis Aof the pusher rod 2 in a plan view; and a side roller 6 having a rotation axis Aparallel to the rotation axis Aof the pusher rod 2. The side roller 6 is provided so as to contact with the pusher rod 2 when the pusher rod 2 rotates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
