Resource block channelization for OFDM based numerology

Systems and methods are provided for transmitting and receiving resource blocks using signals based on OFDM. An OFDM based signal has multiple subbands and uses a respective numerology within each subband. Each numerology has a respective subcarrier spacing and OFDM symbol duration. For a given receiver, data is mapped to resource blocks using the subcarrier spacing of the subbands among the allocated subbands.
