PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and the like, which enable the measurement and evaluation of a non-hemiplegic side leg erection capacity.SOLUTION: In a state in which a hemiplegic patient as a person subjected to measurement gets on an apparatus, a leg erection capacity of his/her non-hemiplegic side leg is measured. The apparatus includes: a foot placing place lifting/lowering mechanism that can mutually and independently lift/lower a pair of foot placing places 11, on which the person subjected to measurement gets in a leg erection state; a barycenter measuring mechanism that can measure a barycentric position of a load imparted to the foot placing places 11 from feet of the person subjected to measurement; and a handrail mechanism 12 that can measure a load imparted from hands of the person subjected to measurement, getting on the foot placing places 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
