To simplify a structure of a device mounted on a railway vehicle.SOLUTION: A railway test system includes a vehicle side unit 10 mounted on a vehicle body of a railway vehicle, and a truck side unit 22 mounted on a truck. A detection part 30 provided on the truck side unit 22 detects vibration of the truck, and wirelessly transmits detection information to the vehicle side unit 10. In order to supply a power supply to the detection part 30, the vehicle side unit 10 as a power transmission device performs non-contact power supply to the truck side unit 22 as a power receiving device. The power supply is supplied from the truck side unit 22 from the vehicle side unit 10 by coupling resonance (resonance) of a power transmission resonance circuit 19 provided on the vehicle side unit 10 and a power receiving side resonance circuit 23 provided on the truck side unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
