PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DPP-4 inhibitor containing a tripeptide as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: A DPP-4 inhibitor contains a tripeptide, represented by X-Pro-Gln (where X is an amino acid residue other than Gly, Val and Pro) or Gln-Pro-Y (where Y is an amino acid residue other Pro), as an active ingredient.
