PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency call triage system capable of supporting determination of the priority for emergency calls.;SOLUTION: The client terminal 200 comprises: an input processing part 201 which is configured to transmit a piece of frequency information received from a portable terminal 100 and a speech signal to a server 300 while associating the information and the portable terminal with each other; and an output processing part 202 configured to output a determination result of a triage state from the server 300 to a display device.
