PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twist ball sheet excellent in display characteristics.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a twist ball sheet is provided, which includes: a twist ball-containing layer forming step of disposing a twist ball-containing material 10 comprising a curable resin 2 and twist balls 1 dispersed in the curable resin 2, in which a volume ratio of the curable resin 2 to the twist balls 1 as a solid content ranges from 2:3 to 3:7, on a support body 6, and then curing the curable resin 2 included in the twist ball-containing material 10 to form a twist ball-containing layer 10; a cured resin layer forming step of disposing a second curable resin on the twist ball-containing layer 10 and curing the second curable resin to from a cured resin layer 11; and a release step of releasing the twist ball-containing layer 10 and the cured resin layer 11 from the support body 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
