PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter substrate whose permeability retention at oxygen cutoff time is high.;SOLUTION: Provided is a color filter substrate including a green pixel formed on a substrate by laminating a first layer and a second layer within the same pixel. The first layer and the second layer contain a green pigment and/or a yellow pigment having a polyhalogenated phthalocyanine structure, the weight ratio of the green pigment to the yellow pigment having the polyhalogenated phthalocyanine structure in the first layer being 95/5 to 100/0, the weight ratio of the green pigment to the yellow pigment having the polyhalogenated phthalocyanine structure in the second layer being 5/95 to 0/100.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
