PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recommendation overtime work system.;SOLUTION: Disclosed is a system including a sever computing device connected to a client computer for predicting working hours of employees, and the server computing device comprises: a data storage part that is so configured to store a first actual working hour ratio defined for each employee; and a control part that is so configured to calculate hours of presence at work based on the time the employee starts working and the time the employee terminates working, and to calculate first working hours by applying the first actual working ratio to the calculated hours of presence at work.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
