PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shopping support device, a shopping support method, and a program that reduce time and effort for creation and update of an associated dictionary.;SOLUTION: A shopping support device of an embodiment comprises a control unit. When the number of shopping lists, of a plurality of shopping lists, which include a purchase scheduled commodity having a first name and are associated with a purchased commodity having a second name satisfies a predetermined condition, the control unit associates the first name and the second name with each other.
