PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can realize a more convenient information processor.;SOLUTION: A medical information management device acquires medical information, encrypts patient identification information of each patient in the medical information by a public key to acquire the encrypted identification information, stores the encrypted identification information and a hash value of the encrypted identification information into a hash table, acquires anonymized medical information, which is obtained by replacing the patient identification information of each patient in the medical information with the corresponding hash value stored in the hash table, and deletes a secret key corresponding to the public key and the hash table.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
