PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate information with which the movement of a wearable device wearer can be accurately determined from acceleration signals.;SOLUTION: A movement determination device comprises: an appearance frequency generation unit 741 that, on the basis of an acceleration signal in X, Y, Z three axial directions from a wearable device D, generates the appearance frequency of at least two components, of an XY component, a YZ component, and a ZX component of the acceleration signal in a predetermined time interval; an RGB data generation unit 742 that generates RGB data obtained by converting the appearance frequency of at least two components generated by the appearance frequency generation unit 741 into the values of at least two colors of RGB color signals; a label providing unit 75 that provides a label representing the movement of a wearer of the wearable device D to RGB data in a time corresponding to the label; and a determination unit 76 that determines, on the basis of the characteristics of a plurality of pieces of RGB data provided with a common label, whether the RGB data are the movement corresponding to the label.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
