PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat source device which prevents automatic gas cutoff in a normal condition and can select keeping consecutive consumption of fuel gas.SOLUTION: A heat source device includes a burner (52, 52-2) which burns fuel gas, inside-device circulation passage (heat medium circulation passage 44) which is provided inside the device and circulates heat medium (HM), and a heat exchanger (20-3) which exchange the combustion heat of the burner (52, 52-2) with the heat medium (HM). The heat source device suppresses the heat medium (HM) circulating in the inside-device circulation passage (heat medium circulation passage 44) from boiling and continues the combustion of the burner (52, 52-2) for a predetermined time.
