PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample management system which can significantly reduce the possibility of choosing a wrong sample by a rational personnel distribution.SOLUTION: After a test request paper RQ specifying a test tube TU for collection of a sample from each patient and a test tube TU with a collected sample of each patient are collected from a medical facility, the information of the test tube TU described on the test request paper is extracted from the image data of the test request paper RQ, and the extracted contents are output in the form of sound so that a corresponding test tube TU is specified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
