To assist a driver having color blindness.SOLUTION: A guidance method includes: an identification step of identifying a type of a light which is in ambient environment of a vehicle and visually recognizable by a driver of the vehicle; a determination step of determining an operation which should be performed by the driver of the vehicle based on the identified type of the light; and a guidance step of generating AR overlay visually representing the operation which should be performed by the driver of the vehicle to be output to an AR headset which is visually recognized by the driver of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
