To allow a subject of an inspection to get an appropriate advice on the result of the inspection.SOLUTION: There are provided an inspection result management device, a method for managing results of an inspection, and an inspection result management system, the inspection result management device including: a first acquisition part for acquiring results of inspection of the health state of the subject of the inspection; a storage part for relating first subject identification information provided to the subject and the results of the inspection acquired by the first acquisition part to each other and storing the information and the results; a second acquisition part for acquiring an advice request to get an advice on the result of the inspection from a medical expert, including the first subject identification information; and a sending part for selecting a medical expert who will advise in response to the request, based on the results of the inspection of the subject, if the second acquisition part has acquired the advice request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
