To provide a rolling roller for noodle making machine having a surface on which a noodle dough is less likely to be attached.SOLUTION: A rolling roller for noodle making machine 201 for rolling a food product rotating is provided and it has an outer peripheral surface 2011 for rolling a food product and a protrusion 2011 arranged in plurality along a rotation direction of a side surface. The protrusion may be arranged in plurality with an interval in between other adjacent protrusion along the rotation direction of the side surface and an orthogonal direction to the rotation direction.
