PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration factor determination system capable of using a storage battery other than a storage battery subjected to a deterioration test as a storage battery for use to determine a deterioration factor.SOLUTION: A deterioration factor determination system comprises: identifying means classifying state information that represents transition of a storage battery state having an influence on storage battery performance according to the storage battery state, and identifying a battery use condition including the battery state included in the state information; and determining means determining a deterioration factor indicating a status of performance deterioration using performance information that represents transition of the battery performance under the use condition.
