To calibrate so as to align phase reference of each element antenna without radiating an electromagnetic wave at the same time using all element antennas.SOLUTION: A phase adjustment control device classifies a plurality of element antennas 1 into element antenna groups 10, and causes operation element antenna sets 20 including at least two element antenna groups 10 including the measured element antenna groups 10 to be in an operation state. The phase adjustment control device comprises: an element field arithmetic circuit 11 that calculates a phase difference in a set in an operation element antenna set 20 of an element field vector generated by the element antenna 1 to change a phase, using a plurality of reception power values of an electromagnetic wave radiated using different phases by changing the phase of the element antenna 1; and a phase difference calculation unit 16 that calculates a phase difference of the element field vectors of the element antenna 1 belonging to the different operation element antenna set 20 using the element field vector of the element antenna 1, the element field vector being calculated using the plurality of different operation element antenna sets 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
