To provide a method and units for adding secondary serving cells, devices, and a network system.SOLUTION: A method for adding a secondary serving cell includes: a step in which a terminal receives a random access resource allocation message transmitted by a primary base station; a step in which the terminal transmits a random access request message to a secondary base station by using the transmission resource determined according to a serial number of a physical random access channel mask code; a step in which the terminal receives the random access response message transmitted by the primary base station; and a step in which the terminal adjusts time advance TA of a terminal on the secondary serving cell corresponding to the secondary base station according to a TAC.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
