To enable autonomously control of the operation of a wind power generator so as to compensate for the variation of a system frequency.SOLUTION: Wind power generation apparatuses 12a, 12b connected to a power system 11 include first control units 17a, 17b that calculate power command values for compensating for the variation of a system frequency on the basis of the own operation amounts which are the operation amounts of wind power generators 15a, 15b provided to the corresponding apparatuses, the average value of the own operation amounts and the operation amounts of the other power generators, and the system frequency obtained from the voltage values at electrical connection points between the wind power generators 15a, 15b and the power system 11, and second control units 18a, 18b that control the operations of the wind power generators in accordance with the power command values given from the first control units.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
