PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation vane and an agitation device capable of efficiently and satisfactorily agitating an object to be agitated by convecting the object to be agitated in a tank.SOLUTION: An agitation vane 40 is characterized in that a blade 42 has a belt-like circular-arcuate shape in a plane view, is provided with droop parts 42a drooping downward on a lateral edge of an outer circumferential side and an inner circumferential side thereof and is attached to a rotation shaft in such an inclined state that the front side 42b becomes higher than the rear side 42c with respect to a rotation direction. When the blade is rotated and an object to be agitated receives an anterior-obliquely downward pressure and is moved, the object to be agitated assumes such a shape as to be sandwiched by two droop parts of the inner circumferential side and the outer circumferential side and movements to the inner circumferential side and the outer circumferential side are limited. Therefore, the object to be agitated on the lower surface side of the blade is efficiently extruded anterior-obliquely downward and can be convected without releasing the object to be agitated in a circumferential direction while pressing down the object to be agitated with two droop parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
