PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-proofing and corrosion-resistant structure for concrete structures, capable of maintaining high water-proofing and water-resistant properties even when cracks occur in substrate concrete.SOLUTION: An elastic sheet is disposed between substrate concrete and an anticorrosive material of epoxy resin disposed on the substrate concrete. The elastic sheet includes a nonwoven fabric or a fibrous sheet adjacent to the anticorrosive material of epoxy resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
