PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact dynamic fatigue testing device capable of conducting tests from an outdoor exposure test to an accelerated deterioration test over a wide range of conditions so as to totally evaluate durability of a building material.SOLUTION: A loading device 6 comprises a movable-side hook 16, a passive-side hook 17 and an eccentric cam 18, a driving transmission device 7 comprises a motor, a gear mechanism and a rotating shaft 39, and a load measuring device 8 comprises a load cell 57. The driving transmission device 7 rotates the eccentric cam 18 so as to periodically load a test piece 3, laid between the movable-side hook 16 and passive-side hook 17, with compressive force and tensile force and also to periodically load the load cell 57 through the movable-side hook 16 and passive-side hook 17, and the load cell 57 measures the applied load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
