PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EV charge management system for controlling a charge amount of an EV according to a peak shift, and a charge facility to be used in the EV charge management system.SOLUTION: An EV charge management system creates and retains a charge schedule related to electric energy with which an automobile is charged within an electric energy range that can be supplied in the region, and retains an identification number to be used for identifying the automobile. When a signal of charge start to a second battery is detected from the automobile having the identification number, a propriety of charging of the automobile at a present position and at present time is determined on the basis of the charge schedule. Accordingly, charging of the EV is managed on the basis of the charge schedule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
