PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance monitoring device having user friendliness for a user (target user of performance monitoring), and a performance monitoring method and a performance monitoring program.SOLUTION: A wearable performance monitoring device includes: a measurement section performing measurement related to movement time and a movement distance of a user; and a processor executing output of first lap information in a first section being a part of a route where the user moves in a period when the user moves in the route based on output of the measurement section, and executing output of second first lap information in a second section being a part of the route, having a common start point to the first section, and different from the first section in the period when the user moves in the route based on the output of the measurement section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
