PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a frequency for distributed power sources to be parallel off by flexibly dealing with voltage fluctuation of a distribution line in the case where a system in which the distributed power sources are cooperated is switched to another system by power failure work or the like.SOLUTION: A control part 21 extracts a distributed power source group of an adjustment object on the basis of detection information indicating that a voltage of a distribution line is out of a preset range, from detection means, a configuration of a relevant distribution system and a position of a power failure section. If a power factor of the selected one distributed power source is adjustable, a power factor adjustment part outputs a control instruction in such a manner that the voltage of the distribution line is settled within the preset range. If the power factor of the selected one distributed power source is not adjustable, an output adjustment part outputs a control instruction in such a manner that the voltage of the distribution line is settled within the preset range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
