To allow a radioactive contamination monitor to be separated and assembled for transportation using a thin and lightweight radiation detector, and to achieve inexpensive price.SOLUTION: The radioactive contamination monitor comprises: a plurality of contamination detection modules 10 that include a radiation detector 14 having a tabular plastic scintillator 15A, an also tabular wavelength transformation material 15B arranged in close contact with a rear face of the plastic scintillator 15A, and a photon counter 16 arranged on the plastic scintillator 15A and an end face of the wavelength transformation material 15B, and that are connected to at least data communicable communication cable (50) and independent from each other; frames (40A, 40B, 40C, 40D) for arranging the contamination detection modules 10 around and close to a test object; and a process unit 60 connected with the contamination detection modules 10 and the communication cable (50), and displaying a contaminated position detected by the contamination detection module 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
