PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computed tomography apparatus capable of reducing tube voltage ripple.SOLUTION: An X-ray computed tomography apparatus 1 includes: an X-ray tube 109 for generating X rays; a high-voltage generator 107 for generating a first tube voltage to be applied to the X-ray tube 109 and a second tube voltage higher than the first tube voltage; a plurality of first inverter groups 102 used for generating the first and second tube voltages; a plurality of second inverter groups 104 used for generating the second tube voltage; and a control part 700 that controls the plurality of first inverter groups 102 and the plurality of second inverter groups 104 so as to, in the generation of the second tube voltage, differentiate, respectively, a plurality of first operation phases corresponding to the plurality of first inverter groups 104 and a plurality of second operation phases corresponding to the plurality of second inverter groups.
