To provide a document conversion program, a document conversion method, and a document conversion apparatus for creating a hypertext-format document by utilizing a document generated in a tabular format.SOLUTION: A document conversion program causes a computer to execute receiving processing, comparing processing, and replacing processing. The receiving processing receives a document generated in a tabular format as a target to be converted. The comparing processing compares a reserved word included in a correspondence table in which an input component expressed in a hypertext is associated with the reserved word, with characters included in a cell of the received document. When converting the received document into a hypertext-format document, the replacing processing replaces the characters with the input component associated with the reserved word, if the comparison result thereof is the reserved word.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
