To achieve high speed and high precision positioning control by simple configuration and processing.SOLUTION: A controller 10 comprises a feedback control part 11 and a position determination part 12. The position determination part 12 acquires an encoder value PVm from a driver 20 at a period Tc. The position determination part 12 acquires a measurement position PVv for measuring positional relation between a control target position and a target position by image processing at a time interval longer than the period Tc. The position determination part 12 determines an estimation interpolation position PV corresponding to the control target position using the encoder value PVm and the measurement position PVv. The feedback control part 11 outputs control data matching the control target position to the target position using the estimation interpolation position PV determined in the position determination part 12 to the driver 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
