PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a priming management apparatus, etc. capable of simply and highly accurately detecting the presence of air or the like which stays without circulating within a circuit or the like.SOLUTION: Provided is a priming management apparatus 10 in a priming system, the priming system comprises: a priming target device 4; a priming liquid reception unit 5 for receiving a priming liquid; and a priming liquid reservoir 6 for storing the priming liquid, and in which the quantity of the priming liquid in the priming liquid reservoir changes according to the variation of the priming liquid introduced into the device. The priming management apparatus determines the presence or absence of a to-be-removed phenomenon in the priming liquid, based at least on priming liquid total quantity information 22 which is the information of the total quantity of the priming liquid, device allowable capacity information 21 which is the information of the receivable quantity of the priming liquid in the device, and priming liquid residual information 26 which is the information of the quantity of the priming liquid left in the priming liquid reservoir after the liquid is supplied to the device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
