PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ledger sheet reading apparatus, a ledger sheet reading method and a ledger sheet reading system capable of reducing a load required for checking a ledger sheet.SOLUTION: A ledger sheet reading apparatus 1 comprises: a reading section 2; a control unit 3; and a display unit 4. The reading section 2 reads a ledger sheet. The control unit 3 determines the kind of the ledger sheet based on a piece of image information generated from the read ledger sheet, compares the digit of a transfer amount of the largest number of actual transaction relevant to the ledger sheet kind included in a piece of actual transaction information in which actual financial transaction is recorded and the digit of the transfer amount included in a piece of image information, and displays the comparison result on a display unit 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
