PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control valve capable of improving manufacturing working efficiency.SOLUTION: A hydraulic control valve comprises: a cylindrical valve body 50 having a retarded position port 18a, an advanced position port 19a and a re-introduction port 58 formed in a cylindrical shaft part 50b; a spool valve 51 axially slidably provided in the valve body 50 and switching over between supply of a working fluid to a retarded position hydraulic chamber 11 and an advanced position hydraulic chamber 12 and discharge of the working fluid therefrom via land parts 51a and 51b; a cylindrical sleeve 52 fixed to an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical shaft part 50b and formed out of a synthetic resin material; and a solenoid part 55 axially moving the spool valve 51, groove-shaped retarded position and advanced position passage grooves 66a and 66b communicating with each retarded position passage hole 11a and each retarded position passage hole 12a, respectively being formed on an outer circumferential surface of the sleeve 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
