PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method for a frame body having a pillar, a beam and a bearing frame, which can easily perform analysis with high precision.SOLUTION: An analysis method comprises: creating a frame body model 2 having lengths, connection places and a connection method for a virtual pillar 21, a virtual beam 22 and a virtual brace material 23 a virtual bearing frame 24 has, and having data on their elastic coefficients, cross sectional areas and cross sectional secondary moments; and causing a computer to perform analysis based on an analysis condition applied to the frame body model 2. In the virtual bearing frame 24, a portion from a base end of the virtual pillar 21 to a place to which the virtual brace material 23 is connected is an adjustment margin part 211, and a portion other than the adjustment margin part 211 of the virtual pillar 21 is a body part 210. As the cross sectional area and cross sectional secondary moment of the body part 210, a value of a pillar corresponding to the virtual pillar 21 is used. As the cross sectional area and cross sectional secondary moment of the adjustment margin part 211, a constant value is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
