PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to suitably reflect comprehensive thermal sense of the whole of periodically fluctuating wind by inputting a wind speed of periodically fluctuating wind to a human body thermal model and predicting a physiological state of a person.SOLUTION: A car air-conditioning method includes: a process in which a wind speed of periodically fluctuating wind is inputted to a human body thermal body model and a feeling temperature is calculated; a process in which an average thermal sense prediction is calculated from the feeling temperature; a process in which an unsatisfactory rate prediction is calculated from the average thermal sense prediction; and a process in which a correction amount of an air-conditioning strength or a strength of a periodically fluctuating wind generator is decided from the unsatisfactory rate prediction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
