PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment observation device that allows a temperature of an existing exhaust system to be a temperature at which dew condensation does not occur, and a temperature at which heating damage is not given to a synthesis resin part of the existing exhaust system even when exhausting low/high temperature exhaust gas by being coupled to a specified exhaust system.SOLUTION: When primary exhaust gas CG is low temperature gas AG, a temperature of secondary mixed exhaust gas FG is caused to be increased to a non-dew condensation temperature not causing the dew condensation to occur in an exhaust system 44 of the secondary mixed exhaust gas FG by an amount of introduction of mixture-purposed external air EG, and when the primary exhaust gas CG is high temperature gas BG, if a synthesis resin-made member is provided on the exhaust system 44 of the secondary mixed exhaust gas FG, the temperature of the secondary mixed exhaust gas FG is caused to be fallen to a non-heating low temperature not causing the synthesis resin-made member to undergo heating deformation or heating degradation by an amount of introduction of the mixture-purposed external air EG.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
