PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for foamed urethane member and a member which are excellent in a compressive permanent set, compressive creep characteristics, vibration-proof property, damping property and impact absorption property.SOLUTION: A composition for foamed urethane member is a composition formed by reaction of (A) a polyol component, (B) a polyisocyanate component and (C) water, where (A) the polyol component is formed of a mixture of (A-1) polyol having a functional group number of 2.5-3.5, a molecular weight of 3,000-7,000 and an active hydroxyl group in its terminal, (A-2) polyfunctional polyol having a functional number of 4 or more, a molecular weight of 450 or more and an active hydroxyl group in its terminal and (A-3) low molecular polyol having a functional number of 2.0 and a molecular weight of 60-125, (B) the polyisocyanate component is diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate (MDI) or its derivative, and (C) water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
